This bespoke control and visualisation solution optimises the logistics of waste oil collection vehicles through precise tank level displays and automated processes. All body and vehicle functions are networked via a central CAN system, enabling continuous pump control and monitoring directly via a 12-inch touchscreen display. A technological highlight is the precise volume measurement with automatic conversion to kilograms, complemented by the ability to print delivery documents on-site via a connected printer.

To significantly reduce assembly times in vehicle manufacturing, the solution is supplied as a fully pre-assembled system. Pre-wired control cabinets, pre-configured sensors and ready-made cable harnesses ensure efficient plug-and-play integration and guarantee that the specialised vehicles are quickly ready for use.
